Betty L. Wade, 76, of Lancaster, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Fairfield Medical Center.
Betty was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister who will be sadly missed by her daughter, Sally (Galen) German of Somerset, Ohio; granddaughter, Kelli (Steve) Andrich of London, Ohio; great grandchildren, Kyler Wagner, Reese Andrich, and Jake Andrich; sister, Mary Clum of Baltimore; brother, Martin (Pat) Broyles of Lancaster; and many nieces and nephews.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Homer W. Wade; parents, Harry Bope and Annabell Broyles; and siblings, Norma Ruffner, Harriet Ruckman, Nancy Reynolds, and Bruce Broyles.
Funeral service for Betty will be held at 10:00 am Saturday in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Baltimore. Family and friends may visit from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
Donations may be made in memory of Betty to the Pickering House, 282 Sells Rd, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
