Dustin LaVeck

Dustin M. LaVeck, 35, of Rushville, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2014.

Dustin is survived by his wife, Nicole LaVeck; children, Kayla Williams, James Watkins, Joseph Watkins, and Averi LaVeck; parents, Mick and Ginger LaVeck; siblings, Chris (Theresa) LaVeck, Rob (Ursula) LaVeck, and Heather LaVeck; grandmother, June (Levi) Pugh; and aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Dustin was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ray Schooley; and grandmother, Dorothy LaVeck.

Funeral service for Dustin will be held at 2:00 pm Monday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster. Burial will follow in West Rushville Cemetery. Family and friends may visit from 2:00 to 5:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in Dustin’s name through Lan-Fair Federal Credit Union, 926 Prestige Boulevard, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
