Elsie Anderson

Elsie B. Anderson, 87, of Lancaster, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2013, at the Pickering House.

Elsie was a member of Maple Street United Methodist Church. She retired from Essex Wire.

Elsie is survived by her son, John L. Anderson; daughter, Pamela S. (Bernard Willis) Lawson; 7 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Elsie was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Anderson; parents, George and Mary Brown; brothers, George, Wayne, Bill, and Blaine Brown; sisters, Carrie Waugh and Mildred Lutz; and great granddaughter, Tara Anderson.

Funeral service for Elsie will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster with Reverend Phyllis Fetzer officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Lancaster. Family and friends may visit from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
