James "Jim" Lindsey Sr

James “Jim” Lindsey Sr., of Lancaster, formerly of Virginia Beach, age 71, died after a brief illness, Friday March 1, 2013 at Landfair Center. He was born in Circleville on July 13th, 1941 to Lyman and Lucille Wagner Lindsey. He was a veteran of the US Army. He retired from International Paper in Franklin, VA. He was a great man who will be missed deeply.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Anne Lindsey; sons, Ty Edward (Tracy) Lindsey of Callaway, MD, James O. (Holly) Lindsey of Oklahoma City, OK, and Shawn T. Lindsey of Virginia Beach; grandchildren, Zachary, Nathan, Michaela, and Jessica; sister, Donna Smith and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and 3 half brothers, and 3 half sisters.
